Returns
We understand that there are times you might wish to return your purchase, and we accommodate this with a 30 day window to return your product for a full refund if in unused and perfect condition. We will provide a return shipping label, once it’s tracking we will ship a new product immediately. In order to get refunded please contact us before returning the item for return instructions.
Exchange
In order to exchange a product please contact us and we will process the exchange a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Defected
If you find your order is defective you need to contact us with photos of the product (no need to return the item) we will immediately send out a new product.
Not as described or wrong product
If you find your order is defective you need to contact us with photos of the product we will provide a return shipping label once it’s tracking we will ship a new product immediately.
Please Note! color or texture may be different from photo as each product is natural and handmade,
Cancel order
we usually ship orders immediately, therefore if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately will send a request by the processing department but we can't guarantee however you can always return the order once you received.
